- ABI-LAB 2 is a 68,000-square-foot facility located at 22 Strathmore Road in Natick, MA.
- The space offers 800 to 4,000-square-foot lab suites and the option to configure lab spaces. Most of these suites also include office space.
- Lab suites come with 30-45 foot benches, a sink, shelving, an eye-wash station, and a 10-foot-by-5-foot island in most labs.
- Infrastructure in each lab includes deionized water systems, CO2 gas, a system for the removal of lab wastewater, and HVAC to support BSL1 and BSL2 applications.
- Most labs come with a -80 freezer, a -20 freezer, a +4 refrigerator, a biosafety cabinet, and a double-stack incubator.
